At Zagreb International Airport
Airport operates one runway, 3252x45 m. Aerodrome territory is supervised by a biological protection group, consisting of 5 specialists, working with specially trained border collies. Also squibs, gas cannons and Scandinavian traps are applied.

Excursion to the Krapina Neanderthal Museum
The museum was opened in 2010 on the site where Neanderthal camp was excavated in 1899. During geological and paleontological investigations fossilized human bones and stone tools were found 8 meters deep in sandy layers. The bones belonged to individuals of both sexes and different ages. Finds are classified as belonging to the Paleolithic era.
